1. SUMMARY: TOTAL PRIVACY
InventariosTA is a local management application. We do not collect, store, or process your personal data on our own external servers. All information you enter remains under your exclusive control.
2. LOCAL STORAGE AND USER OWNERSHIP
- Inventory Data: All records, images, and databases are stored only in the physical memory of your mobile device.
- Total Control: You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your data. If you uninstall the application or format your device without a prior backup, the data will be permanently lost as we do not keep third-party backups.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (Google)
To facilitate certain functions, the application uses Google LLC services. Use of these services is governed exclusively by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy):
- Google Sign-In: Used only to authenticate your identity. We do not receive or store your password.
- Google Drive API: If you choose the "Synchronization" option, data is uploaded to your own personal Drive account. We do not have access to your cloud nor can we see your files.
- Advertising and Consent (UMP): We use Google's platform to display ads. Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers to personalize ads. You manage your consent through Google's official form (UMP) when starting the app.
4. GLOBAL COMPLIANCE (India, EU, and Rest of the World)
Although the application is global, we respect international transparency regulations:
- India (DPDPA): In compliance with Indian laws, we declare that we are not "Data Fiduciaries" since we do not have access to your personal data. For any privacy inquiries, the contact is the same as technical support.
- EU (GDPR): You are the "Data Controller" of your own information. We only provide the software to process it locally.
- User Rights: Since we do not collect data in our systems, there is no data we can delete, rectify, or port. You exercise these rights by managing your own files on the device or in your Google account.
5. MINORS
By not collecting personal information of any kind, the application is safe for users of all ages, always subject to the Google account policies of each country.
